KTZ HOT POT at Fora by Filinvest Mall Tagaytay City

KTZ HOT POT

Last January 19, 2018 I choose Tagaytay City to celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We checked in at Cityland Prime Residence (Aristides Appartele) and there is new mall named Fora by Filinvest Mall just a few meters away from the condo actually from the condo you can go there on foot.

"ang dami pang bakante" actually konti palang talaga yung mga shops na nakabukas. Hubby told me na sa Dreamland Art and Crafts Cafe nalang kami kumain dahil wala pa talagang mga shops na open sa Fora Mall dahil bago palang yung mall.

Looking for the Exit we bump with this girl wearing a red uniform and told us na "nakapromo po kami ngayon P299 each nalang po" and hand me out a flyer, I read it and it says 50% off  Eat all you can Free Soft drinks Until January 31 2018 the name of the shop is written in Chinese then later on i found out the name was KTZ Hotpot. Without any hesitation we go inside and all staffs greeted us with a smile and in fairness ang daming kumakain.

They gave us the menu and because its my first time i asked how it works haha
First is choose the soup i pick bone marrow soup then hubby a spicy one. Next is pick the dish of your choice shrimp, beef, rice etc. Lastly is go prepare your own hot pot!

check the clip from my Youtube Vlog hubby picking food for his meal

unlimited noodles, shabu-shabu balls, veggies, mushrooms EAT ALL YOU CAN! by the way its also unli drinks choose coke products or water just get what you want. They also have variety of sauces from the regular Soy Sauce to Pepper Oil perfect dip for my meal!

Our total bill is around P1,100+ but because its 50% off part of their opening promo we only pay around P500+ "busog lusog" sabi nga ni hubby

BTW like most of buffet and eat all you can restaurant they charge P1000+ I forgot the exact price for the unfinished food . KTZ HOT POT open everyday during mall hours 10am to 8pm check

Staycation at Cityland Prime Residence at Tagaytay

Staycation at Cityland Prime Residence at Tagaytay

For our 8th Anniversary of my previous Boyfriend now Husband I chose Tagaytay City as our destination, Yes, I was the one who prepared this vacation celebration as a gift for him. The last time we went to Tagaytay is way back 2013, I'm not familiar to the place anymore so with the help of Google and Facebook  I searched some Hotels to stay in for 2 days 1 night. Looking at Facebook, Agoda and Trivago theres a lot of hotel on the area but to find out there is also a "CONDOTEL" much more affordable than Hotels and with a great view of Taal.

Prices range from P1,500 to P4,000 it depends if it is Weekday or Weekends and if it is Pool View, Mountain View or Taal View but the only thing I don't like about it is i need to pay over the Bank or Remittance Center, I know this is for their assurance for slot/room reservation but for me it's kind of hassle because of the busy schedule everyday. I tried at Agoda and Trivago but because its 2 days before our chosen date some are already fully booked.

12am Thursday i saw this room online and im shocked that it is so affordable for only P1,800, I looked for the owner online and it is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Taposok and they named it Aristides Appartelle located at Cityland Prime Residence Tagaytay. I asked them if it is ok we will pay onsite because they also need a down payment for assurance and with a little of convincing that i am sure she blocked me the date. After we call it a day she send me a message about the info, rules and regulations and contacts

While cooking spaghetti and opened the Kitchen Ventilation I quickly turned it off because of the burnt smell i thought it is because of the electricity but hubby told me its like burnt plastic he pointed the burnt plastic spatula and we guess that maybe the other guest accidentally burnt it while cooking .

Overall Hubby and I really like the place the only downside we encounter is shouting kids at the subdivision area in the middle of the night and the sounds of tricycles, the noise can be lessen if we close the balcony door and windows the owner notify us about this.
It is so cold that night so we choose to open one of the window and turn off the A/C.

Ill give Aristides Apartelle 4.8 out of 5.
